Ingredients
- 1 c plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 banana
- 500 gm cake flour
- 10 gm baking powder
- 1 banana
- 6 frozen kiwi
- 1/5 Tbsp salt
Direction
- Combine the yogurt, banana, juice, and kiwi for 20 seconds.
- Scrape down the sides and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
